Why did you become a Collaborative Professional?
Understanding of and creating the opportunity and protected space for beginning to heal fractures in relationships is really the core of problem solving a conflict for me. Collaboration is the hope for that possibility. We are stronger with many!
What advice would you give future Collaborative Professionals?
Patience, immersion in the understanding of conflict, humility and stamina.
What is your favorite part of being a CLP Member?
Opportunities for learning from, sharing with and having the support of like-minded professionals who are committed to finding ways to restore hope and calm in the midst of chaos.
What is one of my favorite lines from a movie or song?

Equestrian show jumping
