Joseph Barbagallo is the managing shareholder of Barbagallo & Associates, P.C. since its inception in 2012. Prior to that Joe had his own firm which merged with regional and accounting firms where he served as a partner.
As a forensic accounting, business valuation, fraud investigation and litigation support professional, Joe is considered a leading expert in criminal and civil litigation. He has supplied expert services and numerous expert testimony in fraud investigations and deterrence, corporate and shareholder litigation, governmental corruption, damage calculations and marital dissolution. He has also received collaborative training for marital separation and divorce and has served as a business valuation expert in collaborative divorce cases.
Joe has testified as a qualified expert in over 200 cases included federal, commonwealth and state courts and was also qualified as an expert by the State Licensing Board of CPA’s and the Attorney General of Pennsylvania.
Joe has written articles which appeared in many publications such as The Legal Intelligencer and Attorney at Law magazine where he was the contributing editor in forensic accounting.
While Joe maintains offices in Philadelphia and Yardley, PA, he resides in Bucks County with his wife and two daughters. He has enjoyed extensive boating and flying and has achieved a 200-ton ocean-going captain’s license and commercial and multi-engine pilot’s license. He is also a U.S. marine combat veteran.
