Josh Rothbard is a Registered LPL Financial Advisor and Insurance Broker. He helps business owners and professionals create financial plans to keep more money in their pockets whilew orking toward their financial goals.
During Josh’s 17 years in the financial services industry, he realized that many financial plans don’t work because of advisors generic strategies and “cookie cutter” advice. While many advisors focus solely on helping their clients strive to accumulate as much money as possible, Josh considers things like taxes, guaranteed income, liquidity, risk, ownership and issues at death. His philosophy is “it’s not how much you accumulate, it’s how much you and your family keep.” In 2000 Josh’s career as a Financial Advisor took off and within two years he has promoted to a salesmanager position. Josh quickly discovered, however, that what he enjoyed most was helping his clients create strategies to protect wealth rather than sitting behind a desk managing others.
As Josh’s career progressed he found many of his new clients had been following bad advice from family members and the media. They didn’t understand that their individual situation was different from the “advice giver.”
Josh now dedicates most of his time to helping his clients create plans that seek to build and protect wealth. His specialized education in financial planning allows him to create individualized strategies that may make an impact on his client’s lives using strategies suchas:
